Panagea - Estancia and Backpackers' Hostel

We are a real ranch working with cattle and sheep in the heart of the gaucho homeland of Tacuarembó, northern Uruguay. We offer basic and simple accommodation and homemade food, plus the chance to experience the "Guacho Way of Life" in an unspoiled, quiet retreat far from the touristic places, ranching and farming in the old classic way.
